It turned out to be one of my favorites. Well, here it is now.

When I began this egg, I wasn’t too pleased. I drilled the larger holes first and it ended up looking sort of like an avant garde saltshaker. Sadly, I wasn’t the only one who thought this. Pretty soon, I knew I had to do something extra. I took my smallest bit, which is about 3 times the width of a human hair, and drilled the smaller holes. Still, I didn’t know if I would like it. Finally, I decided to do bubbles around the holes that were gold, and the rest of the egg silver. Once I got the gold paint on, I realized (a little too late) that it would be VERY difficult to paint the rest of it silver. But fortunately, I also realized that I really liked the way it looked. It reminded me of fireworks at New Years. Hence, the name, Celebration.
